Hadde rom i 4 etasje på en lørdagskveld. Levende musikk i puben i underetasjen. Høy lyd inne på rom. Skulle neste tru at musikken var i naborommet. Dårlig med søvn når man skal opp på morningen. Musikken kommer gjennom ventilasjon. Ellers greit opphold.

For store og tykke puter som ikke var behagelige å sove på, dessuten for varmt i rommet om natta. Meget god frokost og god hjelp med bagasjen mens vi ventet på båt.

Vannkoker fikk vi ikke brukt. Skuffen den stod på kom ikke ut. Resepsjonisten kom å såg på det, men skjønte ikke hva som var feil. Sa vi kunne bruke varmt vann på kaffemaskin.....men det ga jeg opp. Kaffemaskin laget romlelyder hele tiden....vannet stod å surklet. Jeg tømte vannbeholderen, men det ble ikke bedre.... Das Hotel und das Personal waren hervorragend. Unser Superior Zimmer bot einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Hafen. Leider wurde unser Frühstück durch zwei betrunkene Gäste aus Norwegen gestört, was uns dazu veranlasste, den Frühstückstisch vorzeitig zu verlassen. Das Personal schien von der Situation überfordert und konnte die Situation nicht angemessen bewältigen. Es war notwendig, den Manager zu kontaktieren, da sich niemand zuständig fühlte und unsicher war, wie man mit den betrunkenen Gästen umgehen sollte. Trotz der Bemühungen und Entschuldigungen des Personals konnten sie nicht verhindern, dass wir unser Frühstück frühzeitig beenden mussten.
