The room was clean, but this hotel was NOT what was advertised. We wanted a pool and hot tub, as that is what was advertised for this hotel. We couldn't find the pool so we asked. You had to go outside and down a block to get to a recreation center. Really?! Who does that? The parking was was not good. It was behind the hotel and you needed a bar code to get in, which they didn't tell you when I checked in, so had to back up and go back to the hotel - not an easy thing to do. The hotel is across the river and little entertainment on this side. Not accessible to bars/restaurant outside of the hotel. Very few. The tram was nice though. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Couldn't find any vending machines. Would NOT stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay. Great location.
Friendly staff especially Tim at the bar and Jane in the restaurant. They were both amazing and very personable.
The food both nights was outstanding.
Unable to use the small pool and hot tub. Lots of young kids in both.
