Nice hotel but very poorly isolated; we could hear everything from our neighbors' bathroom and their crying babies at night... No sign to remind people to watch the use of their towels either... in 2022, it should appear everywhere, we believe...

Super is about right
This place is a hotel/hostel and I stayed in a private room. Arrived close to midnight after a train delay, but the 24 hour bar/desk staff were very welcoming. Very laid-back approach, breakfast on an honesty system. Room was spacious, comfortable, spotless and the shower was excellent. Would definitely consider staying here again, and for longer! Beds were comfy too.

Loved the fact that we were all in bunk beds - kids really enjoyed that! STayed in Fritz Bude room with an added bonus of a record player (which worked)!

I would not recommend this place in the summer, or even moderately warn weather. Stayed with my family in a hotel room for 4. The rooms were unbearably hot with us all in there since they don't have any form of air conditioning except a table fan. Opening the windows didn't help as they traffic noise was terrible and only paused between 2->5am. Worse few nights sleep I have paid for in a long time. Apart from that, staff were helpful and place was clean.

Nice friendly staff with good kitchen area. Room was rather small, and not being able to plug in a phone without the main light being on was a hassle. Overall, a nice place.

Good value hostel
Good value hostel with comfortable, yet basic facilities. Local area is OK, service was OK and generally clean and tidy. 6th floor double room had a decent shower, TV & static fan. Cheaper than a hotel room, so overall is good value for that low level spend.

Close and comfortable, would stay again
Friendly, multilingual staff with an interesting building. Cheap, clean, close place to sleep. No typical hotel amenities but perfect for a place to crash and clean up. Free parking on the street nights and weekends, really cheap parking hosted by them if you don't want to bother with the parkshein. Only a mile out from the city/hofbrau haus, it's an easy walk (or ubahn ride).

Best hostel ever!
Fantastic place! Favorite place I've ever stayed with my family. Awesome staff, fun place, kids loved the game room/cafeteria stocked with board games (and cappuccino's for me!). Room was large and funky decorated. Linens and soap were included. Lots of families as well as younger travelers there. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Pleasantly surprised.
Our room was spacious, though I believe there are much smaller rooms, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with room for toiletries and the shower was strong. Wifi worked well and parking across the road was 5 euros a day. The only negative is the location. It ia a 20 minute walk into the city and there are no restaurants in the area. The reception staff were super helpful and friendly.

Von der Redensweise bis hin zur Ausstattung vielleicht etwas für jüngere Leute, dafür aber viel zu teuer. Zimmer im sechsten Stock zugewiesen bekommen, der Aufzug reicht leider nur bis zum fünften Stock, mit Koffer etwas beschwerlich. Für eine Nacht okay.

Sehr netter Service, Kinderfreundlich, kundenorientiert und unkompliziert! Frühstücksraum für die Anzahl der Gäste (Superbude war ausgebucht) zu klein, aber man kann ja auch auswärts frühstücken. Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß. Witziges Gesamtkonzept, sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis,würde ich wieder buchen.

Coole Bude. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge trotzdem: Das Licht im Badezimmer ist ziemlich dünne. Eine Lampe über dem Spiegel wäre nicht schlecht. Und die Steckdosen neben dem Bett sind schlecht zugänglich, wenn man dann den Schrank etwas vorzieht, um an die Steckdose zu kommen und hinter den Schrank sieht, war da wohl schon lange kein Staubsauger mehr. Rezeption sehr freundlich, Hamburger Charme. Kann man so machen.
