Beautiful hotel, however staff need training in service and managing guests. The front desk called my room as a complaint was made about my children walking around by the guests below, at 10am. It is no one’s fault if floor boards creak and I think this is a reasonable time for people to walk around. I am not sure quite what the staff wanted us to do, other than be still. Disappointing service. Does not make this a ‘family-friendly’ hotel.

"My family of four just spent one night here. The staff was very friendly. Our room was very spacious. We had one king bed and two twin beds. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable.
