"Very good security, staffs are lovely but the property a little dirty and not full convenient for use as the fridge bottom shelf broken, hot water tap spins around. Carpet not been hoover after last used as still have hair on the floor."

"Nice hotel in the centre of Grimsby, room we paid extra to overlook the beatiful minster. What it did not say was the amount of homeless people gathering on the grass and taking/laughing into the night.
