"Arrived just before 2pm (3pm check in) and the door was locked. Tried the buzzer, but no answer. Also tried the number on the booking and outside- no answer. I then had to wait more than 30 minutes in the car park until one of the cleaners came out, which allowed me access. There was absolutely nobody in the hotel.
