My room shower was plugged up and did not drain. The lady at the Starbucks in the lobby was rather unpleasant and never smiled. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The exercise facilities, particularly the spa and the long indoor pool come over excellent. So was the outdoor pool and lounge area
