Mallory was very communicative but otherwise left us alone. Family lives upstairs so there are the is usual sounds of family life through the ceiling but nothing too obtrusive. Kitchenette and bathroom are not well appointed (eg. no dishes or shower gel) but we asked for a kettle an Mallory provided us with one.
