"The only thing I would say is things just look out dated the hallways could use some paint and the furniture was all scuffed up but it was a good hotel staff was awesome on every shift "
"Im glad this hotel is helping the less fortunate find a place to live. I was in that predicament about 2 years ago. The staff is very humble and kudos to being a source of relief to Volusia County! The beach is amazing!"

"We had a really good stay. The bad reviews (and many are wrong) are scary and I almost did not book here. Check in was easy. The staff are all very friendly. We were in room 612. Super Cold AC, Very hot shower, lots of TV channels. The beds were comfortable. We had a side view of the beach. The room was clean and we had no problems. The hotel was very quite. No slamming doors were heard. The last night, someone was smoking on their balcony so we didn't get to enjoy looking at the stars and listening to the waves.
Breakfast was very good. We had bacon the first day and that was the best breakfast of our stay. I did not notice any leaks in the ceiling in the dining area. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfast we have ever had at a hotel.
The hotel looks like it has been remodeled lately and is very clean. We did not see any of the problems that people complained about recently. The pool was great. The gate to the beach worked perfect. There was plenty of free parking.
My only two complaints.
1. The milk wasn't cold enough.
2. They need free coffee in the lobby 24/7

"The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. The room was advertised as ocean view but it was on the side of the building. My fault for not reading the description a little better as it did advertise that. The view was good though. The ice machine was down the first two days but it was repaired and the staff apologized for the inconvenience. Overall it was really good. "
"This house was perfect for our stay with our dogs. Backyard was fenced in and really big! House is right off a busy main road, but relatively quiet in the evenings! Overall, great stay!"
