Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Corner Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet. Shower seat available on request. Wheelchair access.. These two conversions of old farm buildings are set on a 70-acre arable farm in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 6 miles from the Suffolk Heritage Coastline. They combine comfort with a superbly secluded location. Festive decorations and tree are supplied for Christmas bookings, and installed blackout blinds keep out the brightness when you need to relax and have a lie in! Beside the properties is a footpath leading to farmland, and close by are sandy beaches, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath (National Trust), whilst Aldeburgh is a little further. Castles, a wildlife park and Sutton Hoo are easily accessible. Farm shop 2 miles and market town of Halesworth 3 miles, shop and village pub within 1 mile.. Both properties: Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Fenced garden. Patio with garden furniture. Bottle of wine and fresh flowers on arrival. Parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond on the farm.

Internal stairs are uneven. Please be aware that for the less mobile the property has a hand rail within easy reach of the toilet and a hand rail in the shower. The owner has advised that on request she can provide a seat for guests to sit on in the shower and also on request provide a ramp for guests to get into the property. The step into the shower tray is 5inch high.
