Manager promised 55,000 points for my disgust. Well, after over a week of waiting for said points...27,000 were actually awarded. Needless to say we won’t be using this hotel again. "

"Warm, professional welcome. Great room facing the waterfall. A quaint, up to date hideaway in the trees just 2 minute walk to restaurants and shops "

"The breakfast menu was very limited, although the pancake machine was a novelty. The biggest issue for me is that the Wifi didn't work. I couldn't stream videos and photos in my Facebook feed wouldn't come up. Also, the TV channel selection was not great, and some of the channels listed in the guide didn't work. Does one need to be a super elite Hilton Honors member to get all the channels listed? And no Hallmark, but yes HGTV?"
