The gatehouse is manned 24 hours a day providing added security for guests, and the communal facilities include an attractive 12,000 square foot clubhouse, shop, communal pool, tennis courts, gym, library, childrens play area, and The Tavern on the Dunes, a restaurant and bar serving breakfast, lunch, and bar snacks daily and dinner on Friday evenings. For the self-caterers there is a Super Walmart Supermarket just outside the gates with another supermarket just a little further and there are number of restaurants close by offering a varied choice of cuisine. Just a few minutes drive is the Posner Park Shopping Mall with more restaurants, shops, and a 9 screen up-scale Cinipolis IMAX Movie Theater. Disney and the other Attractions are approximately 30 minutes drive and the white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic Coast are both approximately 60 minutes drive.

This well furnished and equipped Florida villa offers an open plan living area with lounge with leather sofas, large flat screen 55 inch 4K Smart television with DVD player and cable package with in excess of 100 channels including Premier League and NFL Football plus all other major US Sports. Patio doors give access onto the covered lanai leading to the pool deck, and the dining area overlooks the pool deck, and with an adjacent fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools.

The master bedroom, located on the upper level. is furnished with a King-size bed, flat screen television, DVD player, and en-suite bathroom with shower, tub, and twin vanity units. Also upstairs there are two twin bedded rooms each with flat screen television/DVD condos and with access to a Jack & Jill full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a Queen-size bed, flat screen television and adjacent bathroom with shower. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also on this level.

The covered lanai furnished with a table and comfortable armchairs, overlooks the attractive pool and pool deck equipped with 2 loungers, and with the benefit of Florida Glass privacy screening in addition to tropical shrubbery providing further privacy and which does not restrict from the stunning views over the golf course.

The pool may be heated for an additional $50 per day, a minimum of 3 days, and must be requested 48 hours before arrival. For last-minute requests, there is an extra $30 trip fee.
