Please tidy up the house and keep pool area furnitures as you find at your check in.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE, NO SHOES ON CARPET AD SECOND FLOOR. NO BBQ AROUND THE POOL OR AROUND THE HOUSE WHICH STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR SHORT TERM RENTAL AS PER COMMUNITY HOA.
