"The house was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfy slept like a baby. A few things that can improve the overall quality of stay are the walls were dirty and the carpets seemed dirty. The Knives were dull and made it difficult to cut potatoes. The pans definitely need to be replaced. for the exception of those few things, everything else was perfect thank you the home was beautiful."

"We had stayed in this house several years ago and were hopeful for a great experience, but unfortunately the house has been poorly maintained. the trash was overflowing and pouring out on the side of the house, and there was a bag of trash on the back patio when we arrived.The entry lock batteries were low and it took several attempts to gain access to the property.Once inside we found that the house was filthy with visible food left in the living room carpet. The furniture in the listing has been replaced with heavily stained strange mismatched seating. The leather couch and loveseats were replaced with a modular sectional in which the pieces were not secured to each other so whenever you would sit or stand the pieces would slide out from under you revealing remnants of food and dog hair. Several pieces of furniture were broken and unsafe to use. The listing showed a game room with a Wii console- it did not work.The patio in the back was filthy and had only one chair, and there were broken toys in the backyard. The master ceiling fan did not work. The master bath smelled like a sewer. The listing mentioned soaps and shampoo would be provided and they were not.The blow dryer in the second bath did not work.The kitchen pantry, entry closet, and master closet was filled with junk.There were no kitchen linens provided and the bathroom linens were very poor quality. The property was completely misrepresented by the host and when we reached out for help they did nothing."

"I check my email the day or so prior to arrival all of info we need to get into the house along with wifi password were sent. The house looked just like the pictures it was cleaned and neat. It gives you that home away from home feel. It was very comfortable. There were no complaints on how the beds sleep everyone said they sleep very well from the pillows to the mattress. The location was good as far as stores and restaurants we were 30 minutes out from the Convention Center of course we knew that this was a question asked prior to booking. We didn't mind the drive considering the accommodation the house gave. The neighborhood was very peaceful and well kept. There ls a small parked that has a gate access code to it. If booking be sure to ask for the code if you like to visit which we did not. There was a propane grill there you will have to be sure it's filled if you plan on grilling. We weren't sure about using it nor how that goes as far as whom supply the gas. So we asked and got a reply back a day later. We did give it much thought considering it's Spring Break time and people are up an moving. She was fine with it being used just asked that it cleaned after it's used. Which is the right thing to do. We were from Florida & Mississippi so the weather was a bit different considering ours. It's windy and cool even in the 60's we were packed for a bit of everything due to us checking the weather prior. OVER ALL GREAT STAY AND EXPERIENCE BOOK YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!!"
