Staff were uniformly helpful, friendly, good English. Apartment was small but had plenty of electrical outlets, kitchen, fridge, microwave. However, we were exhausted from long overseas travel and fell right asleep. The shower was clogged so we had to pack again and move to another apartment. For three days no one appeared to make up the room or at least throw out the trash. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the elevator worked. (Our last trip, in the USA, the hotel's single elevator was out of order and we were on the third floor.Not good for an elderly couple.) The location is really good and close to a lot of places and to the port. I had a little problem and they toke care of it fast and with a smile.
