House Right on the Potomac River - Great Sunrises & Sunsets

  • This Rivah House has 160 feet of water frontage on the Potomac River with shared pier. The rear of the house has 270 feet of water frontage on Gardner's Creek. Gardner's Creek is a protected body of water that will allow you to moor your jet-ski or boat overnight. You can use the community boat ramp to launch your watercraft.
    All new kitchen appliances in October 2014.

    A wonderful place to crab, fish or boat. Spectacular sunrises on the Potomac and sunsets on Gardner's Creek. Take a trip back in time when life was simple. Many sites to see within short distances. Coles Point is located in Westmoreland County in the Historic Northern Neck of Virginia.
