It’s obviously an older building and not really updated, but the ac worked, the sheets and top blanket were pristine, and the coffee in the hallway in the morning was a legit good cup of coffee. We had 27 at one time during the 5-6 days we were there. We were missing 18 who couldn't make it. Even if everyone has come we would still have had plenty of room. It was old, bathroom upstairs didn't have venting so it smelled a little musty, and the floors were loud and creaky, but it was an awesome time had by all! Air conditioning in every room, and the hosts were amazing!
