Very nice customer service. The room was clean but the building needs some upkeep. The hallway that went to my room near the stairs had pieces of carpet to cover the floor that I tripped on. There were cleaning supplies and items that should be in storage or hidden that was unsightly. But hey, it was a very fair price and the room was clean

My overall experience was very positive. I would definitely stay there again. I wish that the Hotel staff had explained to me that the hotel was connected to our major indoor shopping area, which I only discovered on my last day there, but would have made my stay more pleasant to know from the beginning. This is actually a major attraction of the hotel and they are underselling the Hotel by not telling guests about it.
