sehr gemütliches haus ! wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. das fass war super und das grundstück sehr gepflegt … die straße hintermhaus könnte im sommer bestimmt ein störfaktor werden wenn mehr verkehr ist , aber bei uns ging das in ordnung im herbst ! die ausstattung von haus war echt gut bis auf die tassen , die waren leider fast alle angeschlagen und müssten mal getauscht werden . aber das ist ja auch schon wieder jammern auf hohem niveau ! also unser fazit preis leistung ist wirklich sehr gut und wir würden wieder kommen ! achso sauber war es auch ! und die gegend ist wunderbar man ist schnell am wasser :)

Willkommen in der Hölle?

Die Umgebung ist zauberhaft. Wer keine überlaufene Touristen Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Sauberkeit lässt im Objekt zuwünschen übrig. Diverse Objekte im Haus sind defekt! Beispiel Dusche.... diese können max. 3 Personen nutzen bis das Wasser bis zur Badetür steht. Grill ist durchgerostet 🙁...etc.... Kommunikation mit der Novasol ist nur durch penetranz von einem Selbst möglich. Die Mitarbeiter legen auf und fühlen sich nicht zuständig für irgendwelche Probleme. Tipp hier : rufen sie die englisch sprachige Hotline an. Dort wird Ihnen nach mehrmaligen Anrufen ( Penetrant!) zur Zufriedenheit geholfen. Ansonsten sei zu sagen... Das Objekt ist für max. 4 Personen / 2 Pärchen ausgelegt, da sich ein Zimmer als Durchgangszimmer inkl. Treppenaufgang mit defektem Bett herausstellte.

Insgesamt ein tolles Objekt

Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Eine Art Anleitung für die Nutzung (Wassereinlauf... ) des Hotpots wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Der Kühlschrank war leider schimmelig bei Ankunft und musste erstmal gereinigt werden. Schade, dass manche Personen die Endreinigung nicht Ernst nehmen!
