Angler Sunrise..Luxury House on water

Our Lake House is located on a private canal on Big Lake Calcasieu and at the edge of the Sabine Refuge in a friendly and safe neighborhood. Wake up and watch a spectacular sunrise down the canal while enjoying your morning coffee and the morning breeze on a spacious screen porch. Located in Anger Bay it’s only a 20 minute drive to the coast, five minute drive to a grocery store, and twenty five minute to a casino. You can crab off the bulkhead in the backyard, park your boat at the dock, and clean the days catch in a screened fish cleaning room located in the boat house. This 4 bedroom and 2 bath open floor plan home has been freshly painted and has a well stocked kitchen. Granite counter tops, appliances, full size washer and dryer, and Direct TV are just a few of the amenities. Downstairs is a screened porch with ceiling fans, 2 outdoor TVs, refrigerator/freezer for beverages/food/storing your catch of the day, outdoor games, and BBQ pit. There is plenty of parking and a fenced yard. Corporate leasing available and fishing guide references available.

Sibling Fishing Trip
My siblings and I stayed at this house for a Sibling Only fishing trip. The house was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We were able to relax and catch up with each other using the house and property as we had planned. Communication with the host was quick and they accommodated our request.
