Eduardo accompanied me as I exited parking, assisting with my luggage and escorting me to the seventh floor. Excellent hotel Great location in the theatre district.

Conditioner dispenser didn’t work, loud noise by freeway, self parking exit wasn’t working well and took forever, bathroom sinks by ballroom was out of service, and elevator was out of service. Definitely can use a lot of fixing!!!
