"Terrible service. Initially we were given a different room that was cheaper than we had booked. The next day we moved to the room we were actually supposed to get. The more expensive room had less towel, in both the rooms the ac remote doesnt work and had no fan...so either we were freezing with the AC on at a constant 18 degrees C or sweating! There was no toothpaste, and the staff told they'd get it for us.....then nothing until I went out and bought one! The induction cooker doesn't work, the...

"The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. And who doesn’t like a slice of chocolate cake or little snacks as an appreciative gesture LOL! Keep up the great work guys, treat your staff well because they’re truly the cherry on your cake! Will come back if I’m ever in the city again. :-)"
