(697 reviews) The room was nice bed was comfy. As I had a weekend stay the next door building work didn’t impact until the Monday when I was leaving early anyway. Check in wasn’t great I selected arrive now and updated booking instead of waiting around for hour it told me room ready went there someone cleaning next door room told me go wait away I’ve not opened it and won’t for 20 minutes. When I went back to room after this in corridor outside was left a dirty towel and pillowcase from room next door. I raised this with the online chat help at 7pm it was not moved until gone 5 the next day (I raised a few times being told it would sorted asap). This side of the stay the cleanliness in communal spaces and the staff I spoke to let they stay down and are why I’ve dropped stars.
