On the ground floor, 2 rooms furnished for relaxation, including 1 bedroom (1 single bed) including a TV. Decorated in a flea market style, linked to the industrial past of the place, which at the beginning of the last century housed the old family dairy nearby. From the balcony, the panoramic view of the small natural pond, allows you to observe at leisure, wild ducks frolicking depending on the season, or squabbling between the island and the bridge. Vast meadow and private wood accessible. Swing and games for children, volleyball, ping-pong, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, Wi-Fi, sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Charges included. Oil central heating. Unfenced grounds, 30m access to woods, ideal for pets. \[hidden\] Spring and fall allow you to best appreciate the very bright site and discover the beautiful shades of color of these seasons in nature.
