The water heater is set quite high / hot please be mindful of this when showering , etc. There is NO AC ( I do provide a window unit for lower level as well as fans) There are some spaces unavailable to guests- basement, garage & some closets. Guests will find these doors locked. Please be respectful of these private spaces.
