The hotel concierge was super accommodating and very nice. I didn't speak any Korean and he was able to understand my English perfectly fine. The rooms were new and clean. The location was super close to the city center so getting food and doing some shopping was easy. Only thing I found strange was there was nothing separating the shower and the whole bathroom floor would get wet when I used the shower. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and called us a taxi to the stadium, about ten minutes away by car. The room was modern, clean and comfortable.
