Our only complaint was that we could not get the room temperature to our liking and we can’t stand feeling like we have 3 flat sheets on top of us instead of a comforter, but that seems to be the norm nowadays in this price range. "Breakfast was almost the same every day, but fresh. The staff was great loved the front desk ladies. Clean rooms and the airport shuttle has to be reserved prior to getting there or call as soon as you land. Easy to find the shuttle stop. Stayed 5 days and I loved it "

"Water was shut off And with a big family it was a problem. Breakfast was not good. Couch bed mattress was stained."

"I stayed for 3 nights. The person who checked me in was nice and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean however the water in the sink would not drain completely every time I used it. The hand soap was empty however I asked one of the housekeepers to add soap to the bathroom and they did. Breakfast is served only until 9am so you do have to wake up a little early to get it. The options for breakfast were good. The hot tub being open and being an option was nice. "
