A good hotel with poor staff

The hotel is located very well, the building is fresh and the rooms were good. The big negative is how one is received upon arrival. When I checked in I was received by a Mr. Prakash who was so sour that I actually asked him if he was in a bad mood. He said he wasn't but continued in a very dry manner. Thankfully there was also Mr. Rohit who was much more accommodating, helpful and pleasant. Thank you Mr. Rohit because of you our stay was pleasant. Even the restaurant staff were well below the mark. They stared openly while we ate.
