Well located for getting to the airport. Ordered for (dinner) room service at around 10:30PM. Did not get any food until 11:45Pm when I called to check the status. The person responded that he forgot to write down the order. At that point I cancelled the order and went to bed after having snacks that I had with me. I got a knock at the door at around 12:30am when I saw someone bring the dinner even thought I cancelled. Another night a few guys next door were noisy and seemed like they were drunk. Called the manager to report the excessive noise and the manager responded that the people next door would soon wrap up their conference. I thought it was strange that the manager was not at all concerned about the comfort of the guests like me and was backing up some unruly guests. One night a hotel staff knocked at the door after midnight and woke me up. When I opened the door he says that he has brought the astray I requested.
