Air-conditioner seem to be old and need to replace, hair dryer not provided, bathroom slipper also not available, pillow are to soft and not comfortable, TV reception also poor and not viewable, room not properly inspect before guess arrive, air-cond not functioning well. Bed matress to hard and cause back pain.Socket for Hot water also not sufficient. tooth patch & brush should be provide. And writing sit not enough space. Overall.. out of 5 I suggest 2.5 ratting.. Keep improve
