am writing to share some thoughts on our recent stay at your lovely hotel. First and foremost, I must say that the location of your hotel is absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient for getting around. It certainly made our travel experience much smoother. Additionally, the breakfast you offer is delightful, with a great variety to choose from, and we particularly appreciated the provision of filtered water. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, and this was certainly one of them. However, there is one suggestion I would like to make to further enhance the guest experience. It would be incredibly convenient to have a small fridge in the room. This would allow guests to store condiments and other perishables that they might have bought previously. The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel L’Ill in Strasbourg! The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but still just a short walk from the heart of the old town and all the main sights. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Strasbourg—great value, wonderful people, and an unbeatable location.

The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations for electronic vehicles in short walking distance.
