The house is safe from unwanted views, a small path leads to the house. The garden is open and sunny. To the pond it is only 100 m, it is a good fishing water. It is only 200 m to the small lake for fishing. The terrace is covered and faces the garden. The cottage is located almost in the middle between Kalmar and Karlskrona. In Kalmar there is a Renaissance castle and medieval walls to see, the city also has good restaurants. Ölands you should also visit, the nature is particularly interesting. In Karlshamn you can visit a marine museum, also the city is surrounded by beautiful archipelago. At the house you will find good opportunities to walk, find berries and mushrooms and enjoy the fresh air. Beautifully situated 20 km away is also the Möre golf course. Es sind keine Nachbarn zu sehen, nur der Wald. Die Veranda lädt mit großzügigen Möbeln zum Verweilen ein. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde an einem Vormittag der Rasen gemäht. Im Inneren des Hauses hingegen gibt es außer viel Platz wenige Annehmlichkeiten. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind einfache aber neue Betten aufgestellt. Alle Betten sind mit neuen Matratzenschonern und neuem Bettzeug ausgestattet. Insgesamt war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft eher schmuddelig - in allen Ecken Dreck und Staub, das Bad nicht sauber. An allen Türen blättert der Lack ab, im Schlafzimmer auch der Putz hinterm Ofen. An der Decke waren an manchen Stellen feuchte Flecken. Sehr unangenehm war, dass, außer im Bad, die Fenster nicht zu öffnen waren. Beim letzten Anstrich wurden diese einfach von außen ubergestrichen und damit luftdicht verschlossen. Von innen waren die Fensterrahmen und sogar die Scheiben leider schimmelig. Daher nur zwei von fünf Sternen auch wenn das Haus eigentlich toll gelegen und wunderschön ist. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr bemühten Vermieter, der einem gute Tipps für die Reise liefert und zuverlässig per Mail erreichbar ist. ##### Vanessa W. Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2016 ---
