Beach house with a direct Gulf of Mexico view from the large front porch is surrounded by palm trees. 3 bedroom, two bath has open floor plan with living room and dining room that is great for gatherings. Totally renovated in March 2021, it's a 1500 sq ft elevated house with a huge lower patio with picnic table, bar, table, BBQ grill and games. Spacious master bedroom with ensuite full bath; two other charming bedrooms; kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, fully stocked, fridge with ice/water in door. New vinyl plank flooring throughout. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Central heat/air. 6 ft. privacy fence in back yard, two smart TVs, unlimited WIFI. Fishing piers and the Ship Island Ferry are also close by--take a memorable trip to an island with Civil War fort and beautiful island beaches and you'll probably see schools of dolphins following the ferry. PORCH AND PATIO: Large front porch has view of Gulf, plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean breeze. Huge patio under the house on ground level has picnic table, bar, hammock, cocktail table, corn hole game, yard croquet game, more. \* PARKING: Driveway can accommodate three vehicles. \* GAMES AND BEACH GEAR: Beach chairs, beach towels, board games and kid games inside. \* DAY TRIPS: Exciting day trips to the New Orleans French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and plantation museums are less than a two-hour drive from Palm View Beach House. Or, head east to Mobile and the battleship and submarine for a fun day trip. \* PETS: Pets are welcome but must be pre-approved by Owner. No puppies or aggressive breeds. $20 fee per pet per night. Two small dogs (under 30 pounds) or one large dog (up to 80 pounds). Sorry, but no cats due to allergies. Exceptions on a case-by-case basis as authorized by Host. If guests bring any unauthorized pet(s), the deposit will be forfeit. The cleaning company doesn't charge extra upfront for pet(s) but any evidence left behind (hair, messes, etc.) will result in extra cleaning fees depending on how much the cleaning company needs to do. SMOKING: Outside only. Deposit will be forfeit if smoke smell detected inside house. HOST SUPPLIES: All linens, towels, blankets, etc.. Shampoo/conditioner, bath soap, hair dryers, hand soap, kitchen soap, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies. RENT TERMS: Nightly fee is based on six people (two per bedroom). For every additional person the cost is $20 per person per night. Maximum occupancy is 9 people. No charge for infants; all children count as guests. Deposit will be forfeited if there are unauthorized guests. Primary guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events. SECURITY: There is an outside security camera for your safety and mine. Debra was amazing with communication, and her home is the perfect beach getaway. Located close to great food and a short walk to the ocean. The view from the porch is so relaxing and the kids loved running around the downstairs space. Highly recommend! ##### Sara S. It was in a quiet neighborhood and was close to everything that we needed. We really enjoyed the veiws from the balcony and hanging out under the bottom porch. Sitting area underneath was very nice. Enjoyed swing and hammock while we grilled and played games. Owner easy to message to with quick response. The house was very nice and just a short ways away from the beach. Great food places around and the trip to “Ships Island” was a definite must do!
