"We had a 2 week stay and loved this property. Everything looks new and/or refurbished. Very stylish and updated, just as the photos online show. Every kitchen gadget and utensil needed are already there. Bikes and golf clubs waiting in the garage too. It's super close to a recently redone Lake Lisa park, just 6 or 7 houses away. It's also close to grocery stores and drug stores. The pool was 85 deg, even in mid January and the entire screened in outdoor area was beautiful. We loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 6 stars if I could give them. "

"The house is a perfect location for a long-term family visit to the Suncoast of Florida. I write "long term" because a short term stay doesn't give one enough time to utilize all the features of the house. There is easy access to local stores, the highway (to visit Tampa or any of the other attractions of the Suncoast), and the house itself is very nice (including a heated pool!). There is a game room (garage) with foosball, ping pong, and a full card table, along with a pool table. There was even a mini-golf course. So on the inevitable poor weather day, you can still be entertained. The beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied, the bathrooms are nice, and the living area is spacious. This place would work for a family with young kids up to adult children (our case). Our only regret was that we weren’t able to use the grill this time, or the wonderful lanai area (it was really cold). However, despite the low temperatures, we did use the heated pool. The internet access was also very fast. The host was very prompt with answering any questions and encouraged communications about any issues (we had none). When we come back to the Suncoast, we’ll rent this location again."

"House was decorated super cute! Beach towels, fishing poles, kayaks, and bikes were all in great shape and fun! Beds were super comfortable also! Lots of space to spread out and so close to great food and bars! "

"The host was extremely helpful with the few questions we had. The home was clean, neat and stocked well with all of the essentials. The pool was clean and refreshing. We spent quite a bit of time on the lanai! The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Shopping was close by and had all we needed.We look forward to staying again in the spring.Overall a wonderful experience and look forward to spending more time in the future."
