"Purtroppo ho fatto una brutta esperienza. Nel prenotare mi è stato richiesto dal Vs. sito il pagamento anticipato di quanto previsto. Ho provveduto a tale pagamento e stampato la ricevuta. Al mio arrivo il proprietario ha detto che non ne sapeva nulla e non aveva ricevuto nessuna somma. Per ridsolvere il problema ci abbiamo impiegato 1 ora e poichè non sapevo dove andare sono stato costretto a pagare il supplemento di pulizia € 50,00 che non era segnalato da nessuna parte. "The grounds of the hotel are very nice, good size pools, but the buildings, rooms, restaurant is in very poor condition, lights are not working on the paths, no shades on the pool areas, the dirty windows and walls in the dinning room. Our room, bedside light not working, no toilet seat, we asked them to replace it twice, no chance Our meal times were a nightmare, eating the first course, when the second arrives at the table within minutes, the pasta awful, no fruit in morning, if you can wait...
