So, our flight was delayed and the staff was terrific saying we can get a late check in or arrive the next day. I think that led to the room we got on the top floor. No place to sit outside to read as there was a hallway outside our door and the elevator was turned off because of high winds the first night. The staff was so kind to turn it on so we could take our luggage up but then turned it off again. The next day it was back on and worked like a charm for the duration of our stay. The room was clean except for the small black dots that kept appearing on the bath mat and comforter which the staff insisted was threads off our clothing even though we wore no black clothes. The kitchen area was small but adequate. The bed was king size and comfortable with ample space for our clothes for the week. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Oh, I forgot to mention my husband went up to the room from the pool to find the maintenance man in our room with the toilet off. Turns out the wax ring was rotted and needed to be replaced. The folks below us had toilet water coming into their room. Yuk! The employees are very kind and do try to accommodate.

Room did not feel clean. Floor dirty. Room felt run down. Bartender at main bar was so not helpful or welcoming. Couldn’t make any drinks because “the bar was closing permanently a couple days later”. Great location is the best I can say!
