Dear travellers, we suggest you rent our house for your holidays in the Bassin d'Arcachon:

A beautiful, sunny, quiet and warm house in the popular area of La Hume, where life is so good! Here, you will spend a good part of the holidays on foot or by bike!

On foot
10 min: Shops, Train station and the Port of La Hume with its typical oyster huts.
15 min: the beach! Supervised, paddle rental, surf kit area

By car
5min: Golf
15 min: Arcachon and Dune du Pyla!
20 min: Lake Cazaux

Beds made on arrival, linen and end-of-stay cleaning included!

The well-fenced house is on the second line of a very quiet street.

ACCESS AND PARKING
Access is via an electric gate.
You can park up to three cars (two in a row, the 3rd on the side requiring a slightly narrow manoeuvre).

ENTRANCE
Shoe cabinets, coat racks, bench.
You arrive in the large living room with triple exposure EAST/SOUTH/WEST.

KITCHEN
Open, with its bar area, fully equipped: induction hob, hood, wine cellar, American fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric juicer...

CELLAR
Adjoining kitchen with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

DINING ROOM
with bay window to the garden, large table for 6/8 people.

LIVING ROOM
with bay window to the garden, corner sofa, library (books and board games), television.

SANITARY FACILITIES
1 separate toilet.
1 bathroom next to the first 2 bedrooms.
1 shower room in the master suite.

BEDROOMS
- Master suite with a 180x200 bed (King size)
With bay window opening onto the terrace, East facing, bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, storage drawer, heated towel rail, and a dressing area.
On the other side of the living room:
- A bedroom with 1 bed 160 (queen size)
closet and French door access to the back of the house on the north side.
- A bedroom with 2 beds 90x200
(beds joined or separated according to your preference forming a bed 180x200 - bed linen remains separate), storage chests, window on the east side, a glass roof blacked out by acoustic panels.

GARDEN
Barbecue (Weber) and Plancha (Forge Adour)
Several living spaces: several terraces, with parasols/shade sail
Dining table 6/8 people / Sunbeds / Living room coffee table
Small bistro table for 2 people at the back of the house
Synthetic grass play area (provided: petanques, giant Mikado, Mini-Golf kit, Molky...)

INCLUDED
WIFI.
Some kitchen staples (condiments, oil, vinegar etc...)
Some basic household products.
1 Hairdryer per bathroom.
Quality linen: beds, towels, tea towels
Beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Of course we thank you for respecting the rules of etiquette, treating the house as a "good father" and leaving it in a reasonable state of cleanliness, and in particular for emptying the fridge, the rubbish bins (outdoor bin at home), and having to clean and store the dishes as well as the barbecue and the plancha.

During your stay, we will be available 7 days a week and can move around if needed.
