Situated in the greenery, on a large fenced 2200 m² plot, this beautiful vacation home offers a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. From the bedroom on the 2nd floor you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. The tranquility and beauty of the landscapes will delight you. Look forward to a relaxation area with a 40 m² secured pool heated to 27° C from May to early October. There is also a cinema room. The geographical location is ideal to explore the côte des légendes. The beautiful village of Kerlouan (4 km) offers many water sports such as kayaking, sailing, diving and paddling for adventurers! Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. La maison est très bien équipée et la literie de très bonne qualité. Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants.La piscine chauffée, les transats, le coin barbecue, la salle de cinéma, le terrain de pétanque avec les boules à disposition, on ne s'ennuie pas. Seul "bémol", le gestionnaire Novasol qui a refusé l'annulation ou le changement de dates de séjour suite aux décisions gouvernementales concernant les vacances scolaires avancées.
