From April to September, you can swim in the outdoor pool, heated from June onwards to between 20°C and 24°C, or splash around in the paddling pool with your little ones. Those who enjoy sports can take advantage of the opportunities for water sports on the beach, which is just steps from the residence, or at the water sports center, located 1 km away. Also at your disposal are two ping-pong tables and a large garden with a grassy area for playing ball or sunbathing. The first beach is 50m away, the second beach is 250m away, and the center of Guilvinec is a 7-minute walk from the residence. There you will find everything you need for shopping, as well as restaurants. Leave your car at home; the nearest beach is only 50 meters away, the second 250 meters, and the town center and port are a 7-minute walk.
