Upon entering through the garden, one gains access to a terrace with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and its barbecue, perfect for enjoying delicious grilled dishes. On the ground floor, the living room has retained all its charm, rustic and warm, with its beams, exposed stones and old furniture (Fireplace not usable): the large convivial table will allow the whole family to gather around a good meal, with and to relax, a TV lounge area, its large corner sofa and armchairs. The kitchen, fully equipped, is ideal for preparing delicious little dishes thanks to its induction hobs, traditional and microwave oven. It is also equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers, one with filters and the other with Senseo pods. Right next to it is a bright master suite, with a bay window, overlooking the garden, consisting of a queen-size double bed 160x200cm and a private bathroom with an Italian shower. An independent toilet completes this level of the house. On the first floor you will have 2 bedrooms, with a view of the garden: the first with 1 double bed Queen size 160x200 cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm and with a Queen size 200 cm. A bathroom with a bathtub, a large washbasin and a toilet complete the floor. For your peace of mind, the garden path allows two parking spaces in a fenced property. For your autonomy, you have access to an electric vehicle charging station. For greater convenience, you will also have at your disposal in the house a chair and a baby bed.
