It features a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (for a child up to 12 years old). The kitchen is fully integrated and equipped, including oven and dishwasher. The bright, well-exposed living room features a 160cm sofa bed with quality mattress. The apartment is ideal for 4 people. With the bunk bed, it can accommodate up to 5 people including a child (reservations for 5 adults will be refused). Please let us know the exact number of people when booking so that we can provide the necessary linen. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. The apartment has a lovely 15m2 angled balcony, ideal for meals in summer or on sunny days in winter, with a view of the slopes. The residence is right on the slopes, with direct access to the Vasson chairlift and direct, private access to the Piou Piou area. You'll love the peaceful surroundings and magnificent views. Bed linen and towels provided. The apartment is equipped with wifi and fiber connection. You'll also have a private parking space, a ski locker and a ski boot locker. \## Access You will have private access to the apartment and its terrace. \## Interaction Our team is at your disposal throughout your stay. \## Neighborhood The residence is located at the foot of the slopes: direct access to the Vasson chairlift, private pedestrian access to Piou Piou from the residence. Located 400 meters from the resort center, accessible on foot or by car. Valberg is a very pleasant family resort located 1h30 from Nice. \## Transit You can do everything on site on foot or by free shuttle bus. \## Notes A 500 € deposit is required.
