The residence's sea-view swimming pool is available in July and August. A tennis court is also available. This elegant 40-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 bedroom + sofa bed). It features : \- Living room with sofa (convertible 160, quality mattress), coffee table, TV. \- Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. \- Bedroom with 140cm bed and storage space. \- Shower room with WC and washing machine.
