Oriented southwest, it enjoys an optimal sunshine! The residence is located 2 kms from the beaches: direct road by car, bike path secured on the entire route. The Loch hiking trail starts right next to the house; to do absolutely! All shops and services on foot: 2 bakeries (excellent pastries and pastries), butcher Lena (some do tens of kms to buy their meat, ask Yann advice!)supermarket Super U 100m, restaurants, tobacco / newspapers ... Lorient is 15 minutes away by car. At 150 m from the house, you can take a bus line that allows you to access by public transport to the whole area of Lorient. Description: \-On the ground floor: an entrance with cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, plate 4 gas burners, coffee maker, toaster, beer ...) open on the dining room and the living room (television, Xbox One, wifi connection) equipped with a corner sofa (convertible into a large bed), WC and a bedroom equipped with a bathroom with shower. \-Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a toilet and 1 bathroom with bath. \-Garage with washing machine and central steam ironing. \-The private fenced garden of 655 m2 is composed of a terrace of 60 m2 equipped with a hammock, a garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue to relax while your children will let off steam in the garden (no phyto-sanitary products used), on the big trampoline or in the pool! Yannick is a fantastic host and was very helpful when we arrived. The kids loved the pool. Our daughter enjoyed picking strawberries and tomatoes from the greenhouse and we all enjoyed the table tennis. There are gorgeous beaches nearby and a beautiful lake. Our accomodation was really comfortable, clean and fully equipped! The house has a nice patio where you can bbq and chill. From the holiday house it is only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. We all enjoyed surfing and swimming at Plage du Loc'h. Kayaking up the river Laïta was great fun. There is a lovely walk in the woods literally 4 minutes from the house. We loved exploring the area, from coastal villages like Doëlan to visiting the town of Vannes (40 minute drive away). Our host Yannick was very helpful, big thank you to you Yannick! ##### Liz S. Nous avons passé un très bon week end en famille dans la maison. (Enfant de 2 ans et adultes) l’extérieur est parfait pour les dîners en famille (nous avons dîner à 8 sans soucis et il y avait encore de la place pour que la petite joue et que le chien se repose!) Elle est très bien située, proche des commerces de Guidel et non loin de la plage. On y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances en famille (jeux, barbecue, bel espace extérieur, etc.) Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Yannick, nous recommandons donc sa maison sans hésiter ! ##### Aude M. Maison vivable de plainpied ce qui un plus pour les personnes en mobilité réduite. Yannick nous a fait confiance pour prendre notre chien et nous l'en remercions car cest de plus en plus compliqué de pouvoir partir avec son toutou. Yannick connait très bien sa région ce qui a été un gros plus pour nous orienter sur les lieux et activités a faire en fonction de notre famille. La maison est très bien située. Nous sommes ravis de notre semaine dans cette maison joliment décorée, un dépaysement et changement d air plus que nécessaire en cette période de crise sanitaire. Notre fils de 14 ans a apprécié le spot pour le surf et le skate. Des grandes plages aux petites criques, il y en a pour tous les goûts. La maison de Yannick tient toutes ses promesses : fonctionnelle, agréable à vivre, jardin complètement clos pour les chiens, grande cuisine et grande terrasse. Es ist nicht weit entfernt von mehreren, sehr schönen Stränden und ein großer Supermarkt ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung war in einigen Punkten leider nicht mehr ganz aktuell (der DVD-Player funktionierte nicht, die Hängematte war kaputt und das Trampolin war auch schon etwas älter und nicht mehr ganz funktionstüchtig). Die Kommunikation mit Yannick war stets einwandfrei und der Empfang (mit bretonischen Köstlichkeiten zur Begrüßung) sowie die Einführung in das Haus war sehr freundlich und ausführlich. ##### Simone E. Tout est réuni pour se sentir comme chez soi. Yannick le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison. Tout était niquel et nous avons même eu quelques petites spécialités de la région en cadeau à notre arrivée. La piscine et le trampoline sont idéale pour les enfants. Yannick est très sympathique et serviable ! La maison correspond parfaitement à la description qui en est faite dans l’annonce. Elle est spacieuse et dispose d’un grand espace extérieur dont on a bien profité. Le gîte est très bien situé : à distance de marche des commerces et à quelques minutes des belles plages de Guidel Plages en voiture. Yannick a été très accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils pour des visites à faire dans les environs. Le jardin sécurisé est parfait pour les enfants. Le seul petit bémol étant la proximité de la route un peu passante. La situation de la maison est idéale pour profiter de la plage (à peine 5 min en voiture), les commerces sont proches. Accueil très sympathique de Aurélie et Yannick qui ont eu à coeur de répondre à nos attentes.
