Valley Lane is a luxurious, comfortable spacious home in a beautiful peaceful setting, ideal for your family get-togethers or group retreats. It has beautiful gardens, lush with flowers, vegetables, herbs and fruits that you can harvest and use. It is child-friendly for families and also can be configured for couples or for retreats. (5 sleeping rooms - one is a pass-through room - please contact us for a bed diagrams to clarify the layouts). Hardwood floors throughout. 3 bathrooms. Indoor dining table seats 12-16.

Large in-ground 20' x 40' swimming pool recently resurfaced, no charge for pool heat in summer, Sep-May cost varies; hot tub; beautiful vistas of wooded hills; large outdoor table seats 16, plus patios and decks for all to gather and relax.

Beautiful home that left nothing to be desired

The property is stunning, the house has everything you need, the kitchen was fully equipped with every gadget required for a gourmet meal. The pool was amazing to have, the hot tub was a killer, the outdoor space was stunning. All in all an incredible experience. The costs do start to add up with pool heating, dogs, etc. so make sure to read the listing in its entirety before committing. The host was very communicative and respectful. Highly recommend this stay!

Quiet, relaxing retreat in the redwoods

We found this home to be the perfect spot for our gathering with a group of 40 year old women. The house was clean and stocked with supplies and had plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably as well as have alone moments as needed for phone calls or reading. We were able to pay extra for the pool to be heated and for late checkout. We really enjoyed the proximity to hiking in the redwoods at Armstrong Woods, having dinner catered by a local chef at Quiche & Carry, and a visit from a masseuse. The manager is very strict with the rules but we had no problem following them.

Wonderful getaway with family and friends

Spent a weekend here with family and friends. The vacation home is beautiful and very tastefully done! Offers spectacular views from front yard and backyard, and lots of entertainment with the game room and swimming pool. David is a warm and welcoming host, very easy to communicate with. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend this vacation home to those visiting the area!

Beautiful, relaxing and absolutely perfect!

We loved the property, especially the pool and backyard garden area. We did a ton of cooking and were able to use many of the herbs and the outdoor seating area. The game room was also a big hit with our crew. The bedrooms were spacious and spread out so everyone had the ability to enjoy some downtime.

Picturesque stay for big families

My family of 8 stayed at this property and we really enjoyed our stay. What made it the most special to me was that you could tell this was a special place for the home owner; the front garden was truly a haven for travelers from the city. Great spot for a weekend on the Russian River with friends

Had a wonderful weekend at Valley Lane getting together with a bunch of friends. The space was wonderful for relaxing with a large group, and variety of sleeping options was perfect. Kitchen was well-equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area, pool, and hot tub.

Wonderful house exactly as advertised, with very attentive owner and property manager. House is perfect for a retreat or reunion. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen (so many VRBOs assume their guests eat TV dinners and pizza) and the edible garden, making this a chef's paradise!

Wonderful Retreat Location

The listing matched the descriptions and images. We had 10 folks and were comfortable and spacious. It was a pleasant surprise to find the house had a wireless printer. Many of our folks were able to participate in video calls using the wifi. We will definitely be back.

Ladies Wine Trip

There were 12 of us staying at the property. We had plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and well stocked. The common area was great, as we could all hang out together. We had an amazing time and plan on returning next year for Winter Wineland. Would definitely choose to stay here again. David was always quick to respond any time I reached out to him with a question. Very nice and professional. Thank you!

We stayed here for a long weekend for our wedding in Sebastopol. Overall everything was great, a few issues popped up at the property but the host was quick to respond (dispatching someone the same day). The property itself has a ton of sleeping space, and a great big backyard. The house felt very private, with a large front gate and high fences all around the property. It was a bit of a drive to most places (Sebastpopol or Santa Rosa), but I felt it was worth it with our large group. It was great to have so many of our friends stay in the same place for the wedding!

Only slightly annoyed that local noise rules forced us to cancel the college marching band, the Civil War cannon competition and the midnight fireworks display, but otherwise a perfectly enjoyable weekend get-away. The house was nicely appointed, well-stocked with every kitchen gadget you would ever want and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very much enjoyed the rustic neighborhood. The agent was attentive and courteous. The owner might wanna work on the lights, though. Quite a few were out. We'll recommend the place, for sure.

Even better than advertised

We are delighted with this place. There was more space for us than we thought! The house is decorated beautifully. The ammenities were perfect for our large group. The beds were super comfortable, there were enough beds for everyone. Great parking space, enough for 5-6 cars. The garden fruits and veggies were delicious. The pool and hot tub were the cherry on top. And the host was a great communicator, always replied in a timely manner and helped us with all our requests. They even checked on us while we were at the house. The instructions were detailed and covered everything we needed. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we can!
