The interior is a study in elegant opposites. Dark wood flooring runs throughout the home, grounding the bright, airy walls and creating a sophisticated, modern foundation. The living room is designed for lounging, centered around an oversized curved couch and a television, making it the perfect spot to collapse after a day on the river. This space flows effortlessly into the formal dining room, where a table for six awaits long dinners and lively conversation.



The back of the house is dedicated to food and drink. The chef’s kitchen has been completely modernized with gleaming white quartz countertops, an open peninsula, and high-end appliances. Just off the kitchen is a sunroom with a breakfast bar, the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee while the sun warms the house.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces.

Self check-in is easy with keyless entry. A unique code will be sent prior to arrival.

The home is located right in the heart of Guerneville, just a short walk to Johnson Beach, local restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and river access. The area is known for its laid-back charm, stunning natural scenery, and welcoming community.



Getting Around:

Most in-town destinations are within walking distance. For exploring Armstrong Woods, nearby wineries, breweries, and the coast, having a car is recommended. Parking is available only in the designated on-site area.

Other Things to Note:

Dog Policy:

- 2 dogs max without host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed.

- Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds.

- Dogs must never be left unattended on the property.

- Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out.

- No excessive barking.

- Keep dogs on leash when outside the private yard.

- A small pet fee is charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs.



Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, in line with local ordinances.



📌Property Maintenance:

A service provider may stop by during your stay to care for the outside of the property, such as the hot tub or landscaping. They’ll stay outside and won’t enter the home. See your guidebook for service days and times. We always do our best to let you know ahead of time.
