"This apartment met our every need and expectation. The description is accurate that it is outside of the old town but we were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was clean, modern and the hostess stayed in touch throughout our stay. I would definitely come back."

"This is a very nice apartment in the center of Assis, which makes access to all the churches and restaurants very accessible. The house itself is spacious and clean. The only negative are the beds, which are uncomfortable."

"This was a beautiful piece of property to stay at in the city of Assisi. It was in a location that was very easy to access all the major Catholic holy sites. We took the city bus line up from the train station and were within a manageable walking distance from the bus stop. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A major plus was having the police station just down the block, so we felt extremely safe walking around at night."

"The accommodations were just what we required. Located just steps away from the piazza, this lovely loft is tucked away behind Temple Minerva. Away from the busy streets you can enjoy peace and solitude, yet close enough to enjoy all the hilltop villages amenities."

Camere spaziose e silenziose, apprezzatissime le ampie terrazze che girano tutte intorno casa, nonche la bellissima visuale sulla vallata e sul parco. Contesto riservato e tranquillo a pochi passi dal centro. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nei pressi della struttura nonché di rimessa bici nell'androne. Super consigliato."

"My wife and I loved our stay here. The flat is wonderful and we talked a lot about how much we loved staying there. The view off the back terrace is gorgeous!Even better than that is the host, Martina. She was very communicative and accommodating. She worked to meet our needs and make sure our stay was as good as it could be.I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Perugia. "We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."
