The women who showed the apartment seemed put out and disinterested. When I asked about secure parking she pointed up the hill. It was too much effort for her to show me how to use this seperate area. When I went there it was a delapadated fenced in area with no attendant. I ended up parking on the street. Not secure particularly in that northern section of town. That night we had a lot of rain and we lost power not surprising in Ecuador. No power no air conditioning.
