Would be a solid 4 if hygenie condition is improved. Facilities are very nice. The 2-floor design is also very special and rarely find in other hotel/inn. Beds are just OK - a bit too hard for my preference. The cleaniness level is what ruined everything. On 2nd night there are 3 cockroaches found around the floor of the kitchen. This is quitr unbelievable since they have cleaned the room at that morning. Overall, the experience is fair and I am somewhat dissatisfied about the hygenie condition.
