She is always the highlight of my visits to Foshan Intercontinental! As always (when she is able) she upgraded me to a superb room. Javin always makes my stays here just a little more pleasant! The hotel the entire staff are world class. Take it from someone who knows. I’ll take 5 international trips this year but the intercontinental Foshan is always consistently number one for me in service, food service and atmosphere. The dining staff and restaurants are also consistently number one. The know my preferences and go absolutely out of their way to ensure all my needs are met. This property excels in every way. The location was excellent and close to the subway station. Check-in was smooth and fast. Got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. The stay of the first few days was excellent except the very last day when I went to the swimming pool which is a non-smoking area but there were people smoking lying on the chair. However, no hotel staff enforces the rules. Also, the men's change room to enter the pool's area was not maintained well.
