Nightmare in Guangzhou
Booked the room based on proximity to the airport and reviews on Expedia and TripAdvisor. When we arrived at the front desk, they were unable to process any of the three credit cards that we had. Said all three were rejected by the system, which came as a shock to us given that we had just spent five weeks travelling around Vietnam and Cambodia. Used our credit cards in all parts of both countries for restaurants and hotels without any problems. Given the large size of the H.j. Grand Hotel it was very surprising and extremely disappointing that none of our cards would work and could be accepted!!! The ATM in the hotel lobby also only accepted local bank cards. Ended up walking with one of the hotel managers for 45 minutes to a local bank ATM to withdraw sufficient funds to pay for the room + deposit. Front desk staff and management were not very understanding or accommodating. Would not recommend you stay at this facility unless you carry cash and are a resident of the country.

雖說台灣人有折扣,不過真的太老舊了,入住當天跟蚊子奮戰好一會兒,房間可以發現好幾樣壞掉該修而未修的東西.

ゆっくり休めるホテルです
多少割高感はありましたが広州空港周辺のホテルに宿泊したかったので利用しました。ホテルは大きく綺麗で、部屋も広く清潔でした。チェックアウト時間は14時だったのでゆっくり過ごすことができました。但しホテル内に24h稼働の売店がなく、ホテル周辺にもコンビニがないので飲み物等が必要な人は事前に購入してチェックインする事を勧めます。空港までタクシーで行く場合は50元かかります。15分かからないのですが相場が決まっているようです。
